In Tacoma-Pierce County, the Cascade Land Conservancy is working to help organize community gardens at several new locations around Tacoma due to pent up demand. More on that HERE.

Garden From Space

No not talking about growing marsian tomatoes or Venuvian Kale, This is a shot of the community garden from space, via Google Satellite. The day it was taken must have been sometime in early summer 2010 as the compost bins are being built and there is already stuff growing, and Kevin Alexander is working on the compost bins and his truck and trailer are in the driveway
